Hobbling onto our screens a year after the first teaser trailer was shown, Godzilla comes to New York, knocks down a few buildings, has little godzillas, all godzillas are destroyed, ending left open for a sequel. Except there won’t be one because this is rubbish. Script does matter Mr. Emmerich. Two and a half hours we could have spent picking our noses and gained greater pleasure.
